Currently, women only hold one out of every four positions in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) related fields. At Endress+Hauser, we are bringing women together to drive positive change and growth in order to increase that number.

Our mission is to empower and connect the women of Endress+Hauser through leadership, education, personal and professional development, networking, and mentoring to drive equality, positive change, and growth within the organization, industry and community as a whole.

The Endress+Hauser Canada Digital Cookbook
With culturally diverse recipes submitted by fellow colleagues, the Endress+Hauser Canada Digital Cookbook was an initiative to help create awareness of the multitude of cultures that make up Endress+Hauser Canada through the diversity of food.
Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program helps employees overcome their reticence to champion ideas or embrace leadership roles and event advancement opportunities. We are currently on our second round of this program - with great success and lots of positive feedback!
LinkedIn Learning
With over 16,000+ online courses taught by real-world professionals, we've launched LinkedIn Learning Challenges each month on various topics of diversity in the workplace.
Awareness Day Initiatives
Endress+Hauser Canada actively participates in various days that create awareness for important topics such as racial diversity, gender inclusion, women in technology, indigenous history and more. Some examples include:
